consists of the following areas from McBean in Santa Clarita to Lake Hughes Road in Castaic and from Valencia to Canyon Country:
1. East of the I-5 Fwy between the I-5 Freeway and McBean Parkway
2. North of Copper Hill Drive
3. North of Plum Canyon Road to Canyon Country
4. East of I-5 Fwy in Castaic.
